In 2000, E Times Two released their widely acclaimed full length album, Undersounds of the 562. By that time, the crew identity was primarily Syn, Vyrus, & Gel; Digit and Regret focused on a sub-group that never came to fruition due to Digit's incarceration. In 2002, the mainstays of the crew released their next full length installment, Nemesis. After a 5 year hiatus, Gel Roc brought the crew together to commence a new album produced entirely by sinister beat maker, Mascaria. Already ahead of their time considering their source of hip hop on the west coast, their own established sound, and following; it was a forgone conclusion that with the timing of this record along with Mascaria's unique style of production would result in a classic album, appropriately titled, Resurgence.
